Omnifloat Ball Castor Units provide smooth & safe directional changes whilst protecting delicate or polished surfaces. Material upgrades available (See Chapter 11) for applications in wet, corrosive, dusty or High Temperature conditions:

• Suffix -R = Rubber main ball for better grip and softer contact
• Suffix -P = Polyurethane main ball for better wear resistance
• Suffix - HT = High Temperature Option (-20 to 150°)

Omnifloat Ball castor units have either a right hand or left hand 'swivel trail' and are therefore usually supplied in a 50% mix of both positioned in a regular alternate pattern to minimise directional change bias and therefore provide a neutral conveying plane. The Omnifloat Ball Castor Range can support 18-22Kg per unit at any angle of orientation with low friction, temperatures up to 150°C (with material upgrade) at a maximum conveying speed of 1,5 m/s. Service kits available (See Chapter 12) to extend durability and performance and also offer the choice to upgrade. The Omnifloat Ball Castor range has 2 variants; the OF35-55, OF35-75 and the OF50-100. The OF35-55 is a specially designed unit that has a tighter trail than the Industry Standard OF35-75 which minimises the bias and offers a smoother directional change. Both units have a main ball diameter of 35mm whereas the OF50-100 has a main ball diameter of 50mm. The Omnifloat Ball Castor Unit Range's part numbers are constructed as follows:

• Standard Arm material is Zinc Plated steel - Add suffix -SS for stainless steel
